Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I called the hotel twice to check on a few things, and the response was a curt. There wasn’t any explanation, and after the conversation the person didn’t say good-bye, and they just hung up. The toilet was clogged before I even stepped into the room. I asked for a plunger, and I was told to come and get it, and then they hung up. No one came to unclog the toilet, and I had to look for a plunger. I found one to unclog the toilet. The customer service was lacking, and I had to leave this hotel to find another one because the situation wasn’t pleasant at all. Pay the extra money to find a nicer hotel. You won’t regret it. The amenities were fine, and I liked that there was wooden floors, so those were clean. There was a fridge and microwave, so that was nice, as well.

Hotel was oké for a flight layover. I had an issue with the shuttle service I waited for almost 2.5 hours to be picked up and each time i called they said they were on there way and finally they said oh the driver did not see me. Finally when I see him he had an attitude….. even in the return 訂房網站 to the airport he had an attitude in the car like someone ate his breakfast…. On check out there was a guy at the reception, he was super friendly and great sorry I don’t remember his name but if he reads this, he know. We spoked about traveling and Mexican food, he made the overall experience worth it and people like these we need more in the hospitality service

One of the worst attitude I’ve ever had, the front desk doesn’t admit their mistakes but blame all the problems on us, and if u want to experience the smell like mortuary, here is the best place.

分數挺低的原本還挺擔心的，其實還好 他的優點就是離機場近 作為過渡的一晚 是可以的 優點是他有機場接送 出差旅遊方便 在機場過渡一晚，其實是挺推薦的 唯一不滿意的，是它的價格變動太大了。

我住在鄰公路這一側的房間，一直到晚上十點多，過往車輛風馳電掣，噪音很大，第二天早上6點多車就開始多起來。兩次跟前台溝通，都被冷漠對待。
